Proof Liberals do not care about our opinions

Earlier this week, Steven Harper and his cabinet announced plans to cut off public funding through tax payers for federal parties. The liberals, NDP and bloc were not happy about this. The Liberal party itself is already millions f dollars in debt and if this were to get passed, would probably go bankrupt. So since these three parties did not like what Mr. Harper was trying to do, they have decided to form a coalition and have a vote of no-confidence. If successful, this would abolish the Harper government and put Stephan Dion as the New Prime Minister. This is only happening a month after the election. Obviously the Canadian people want Steven Harper in government. But these sore losers are ignoring that fact and trying to abolish the government that we voted in only 5 weeks ago. Nothing like this has happened in our nations history. If this happens, this means we would have a extreme left wing socialist government in both America and Canada. I pray that day never comes.

Could this be the most famous campaign ever in U.S. history?

There was recently a law suit against Barack Obama questioning whether or not he was actually born in the U.S. this man is currently heading up the investigation. If his allegations prove to be true I believe this will go down as the most famous and controversial elections of all time.

Someone help me.

Well today we finally got to start our in class election. I have been waiting for this all year. Well, now I wish we weren't doing it. Our teacher decided that if we had voiced an opinion in politics, we would be put in the opposite party. So guess what I got stuck on the democrats. I don't know how I will possibly be able to promote my candidate in this mock election without either getting angry or telling why Obama should not be present. Well I guess I will just have to muscle through this and get the best mark possible. Please post with support and suggestions for what I should do.
Thanks

Please vote carefully.

Tomorrow is the election. Unfortunately I am still to young to participate but I thought I should put up a quick post about why we need to elect Steven Harper.
Over the past few years Mr. Harper has been in office, we have seen our country get better and better. He has fulfilled his promises such as lowering the GST by not just 1 % like he said he would but by 2 %. Stephen Harper has shown all the qualities of a good leader.
Now, then there are the Liberals. I don't know how many Liberals I have talked to who are voting Conservative this election because of how fed up they are with the way the Liberal party has acted. Stephan Dion and the Liberal party have abstained from almost every vote because they know that if they vote based on their beliefs, they will look bad but heaven forbid they agree with the conservatives. So they ridicule and criticize the conservative position on issues but then when it comes time to vote, instead of standing by their beliefs, they simply say we are not going to vote. If you ask me that shows no integrity and no leadership what so ever.
Now many people especially Christians have a hard time choosing who they want to vote for. Well as a friend of mine named Wayne once told me, "When you can't decide on who to vote for look at their morals." Well lets take a look then.
Abortion: Steven Harper is the only candidate who opposes abortion.
Gay Marriage: Steven Harper is the only candidate who opposes Gay marriage.
Pre-marital sex: Steven Harper is the only candidate who opposes pre-marital sex.

(Gilles Duceppe is not included in these 3 topics as I am un-sure of his positions)

The list goes on and on but these are the big three for me.
Now I am to young to vote but please for the sake of us all make the right choice. Vote to re-elect Steven Harper and the Conservative Party.

Should this man be Prime Minister?

This is an interview with Stephane Dion on CTV news. This portion was originally not aired at the request of the Dion campaign. CTV agreed at first but then decided that the public needs to see this.

The Blame Game of Democrats

I was watching Hannity and Colmes tonight as I do most nights with my dad. They were speaking with former speaker of the house Newt Gingrich. They were discussing Obama's comment when he said that American soldiers are killing innocent civilians by bombing villages needlessly. Personally right off that bat, I don't think a man should be commander in chief when he disrespects America's fighting force in such a manor. Now this was the view point shared by both Newt Gingrich and Sean Hannity. However as usual, Allan Colmes had to open his mouth and say something that made no sense in any way. He made the argument that John McCain accused the troops of this when he warned of a current tactic being used by the military. The air force was flying higher than they should have been when on bombing runs and were therefor not as accurate in their bombings. Senator McCain warned that civilians could be killed if the military did not start flying lower so they could therefor be more accurate. Allan Colmes turned this into an attack on McCain accusing him of saying the military was killing innocent civilians. However it is clear that McCain was not accusing the armed forces of killing civilians, but was warning that by using the current tactic civilians could be killed in the process.

This is a classic example of the liberal way of bending the truth and taking quotes out of context. I am always entertained when watching Mr. Colmes try to defend against an attack of someone he is interviewing. This is a great show to watch if you would like to get both sides of an issue. It is on every week night from 9-10 ET on the Fox news channel.

Presidential Debate No. 2

Well I finally decided to do this. My Dad has been urging me to start a political blog to analyze and discuss political issues. So I just finished watching the debate between Senator Barack Obama and Senator John McCain. John McCain went into this debate needing to show why he should be president by attacking Obama's character, record and associations. Despite what much of the main stream media is saying, I think McCain performed excellently at the debate. He came right out at the beginning of the debate and said what was needed to be said about Obama's ties to Fannie May and Freddie Mac. He pointed out that Obama was the second largest recipient of money from these companies.  I found that McCain should have brought up Obama's ties to Jerimiah Wright and other figures in his life. rt_mccain_obama_080227_mn.jpg
Despite what The media is saying, I think McCain won this debate hands down no questions asked. Hopefully the American people will relies the tragedy that would be an Obama Presidency and vote who would be best for this country.
